BLF Accountancy services in partnership with Rex Consulting Ltd was established in March 2009. Rex Consulting was established in September 1995 by self-employed professional consultants who advise and assist the clients of the company about the legal and financial issues in the following areas:

Rex Consulting Ltd is based in Sofia and has a subsidiary company registered in Varna. Currently a branch office is being created in the town of Plovdiv.
