Important – A loan figure will not be based on this valuation alone. Considerations of risks to the lender must be adhered to. The lending agreed will be based on the banks discretion.
*Please note in some cases, the bank will need to instruct another valuation after a certain amount of time, this will incur a further charge of approximately £150, dependent on lender. Most banks will base their lending on up to a certain % of the valuation report.
