Not only will an independent visit to your property ensure that all in-discrepancies are highlighted (in a detailed report), a second visit will ensure that all ‘snags’ have been rectified before you part with your hard earned cash.

This service can be offered through the country and the initial visit can be completed inside 2 weeks.

The charge for this service is only £275, which is a small price to pay for piece of mind. (Once you have taken ownership of a property, the developer is very unlikely to approach in-discrepancies in a timely manner, if at all)

The service will include;

• An initial visit to the property

• The preparation of a detailed report highlighting all snag’s (photos can be requested at a small extra charge)

• A second visit to ensure snags have been rectified

• Preparation of a second report indicating the building is ready.

If snags haven’t all been seen to, a subsequent visit can be arranged at a further charge of £80.
